About Our Commercial Cleaning Company

The Worth Every Cent commercial cleaning company story begins in 2004 with a husband and wife team, tackling both domestic and commercial cleaning jobs with a refreshing enthusiasm.

At the time the commercial cleaning industry was abundant with service providers that were overpriced or lacking in professionalism.

Worth Every Cent Cleaning broke the mould, delivering competitively priced cleaning solutions teamed with impeccable service. Our focus was set on building relationships with our clients, becoming part of the community in which they operate, and doing so with transparency and integrity.

As our Brisbane and Gold Coast cleaning company grew in client base, their requests for specific cleaning lead to an expansion of our cleaning services, offering carpet and window cleaning as well as specialised facility cleaning.

In 2014 our growth gained momentum, expanding Worth Every Cent Cleaning far beyond what we ever imagined. Today, our team continues to attract new clients, strengthen long term relationships, and most of all, deliver an impeccable clean.

Specialised Expertise: Our professionally trained team all have comprehensive experience and all have been hands-on trained while supervised and reviewed to ensure the quality of all of our cleans.
Guaranteed Happiness: In our Service Agreement you are guaranteed to be happy with all aspects of our services. Exceeding your expectations is our standard internal team training policy. If you’re not happy with anything at any time, contact our Managing Director and your query will be addressed as soon as possible.
Transparent billing: No hidden fees. You only pay for exactly what is in your Service Agreement. 
Consistent Staffing: Worth Every Cent looks after and treats our employees exactly how we want them to treat our customers and their premises. Our team have been with us up to 10 years since ownership. There is minimal cleaner rotation to ensure our team are familiar with your service requirements.
Prompt Communication: There is a communication book that is provided upon work commencement that is left onsite at your premises for any notes from our team or yours. You are welcome to call the Managing Director at any time our team are working. You will receive a fast response as soon as possible. If it involves an onsite visit it will be as soon as possible. 
Regular Updates: After our first clean you receive a phone call to confirm you are happy with the quality of our team’s cleaning work. Apart from our communication book onsite, you will receive a phone call every 8 weeks as a verbal touchpoint. 
Consistent Communication: You will be updated when relevant with our communication book or you can ask us to include small things you may want cleaned. Plus, you will be called regularly to touch base and to discuss how our service is meeting and exceeding your cleaning expectations. 
Scheduled Cleaning: Visits are timed to minimise disruption and are a consistent day and time upon your request.  

How to Choose Worth Every Cent as Your Cleaning Company

Switching to a new cleaning service company can be daunting. Worth Every Cent Cleaning ensures a smooth transition:


Onsite Walkthrough: An onsite visit to go through your premises and to learn what your cleaning expectations are is where the relationship begins.


Easy to Follow Quote: This is provided in writing after the onsite visit with full details of the potential Service Agreement. This is a no-cost no-obligation quote. You can cancel the Service Agreement at any time with 30 days notice.


Key Pick-up and Premises Access: Upon signing the Service Agreement one of our friendly, helpful team will pop in to learn how to access your premises with a key or to turn off and on alarms etc. Your communication book will be left on your premises to leave us notes of anything extra or different you’d like done. 


Schedule First Clean:
The day and time for our first clean is agreed on. 


The Clean: Our team will clean your premises on the agreed day and time and leave any notes in the communication book that warrant your attention that have been noticed by our keen-eyed team. 


Courtesy Call Follow Up: You will be called within 48 hours of the first clean to ensure you are happy with our level of cleaning and that your expectations have been exceeded.
