1. Introduction
Welcome to Worth Every Cent Cleaning. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Services Offered
We provide a range of professional cleaning services, including but not limited to:
- Commercial Cleaning
- Office Cleaning
- Window Cleaning
- Graffiti Removal
- Carpet Cleaning
- School and Childcare Centre Cleaning
- Medical Centre and Healthcare Facility Cleaning
- Corporate and Industrial Cleaning
- Strata and Body Corporate Cleaning

3. Client Obligations
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing access to the premises at agreed-upon times.
- Ensuring the premises are free from hazards.
- Securing valuables and personal items.
- Notifying us of any specific cleaning requirements or sensitive areas.
4. Payment Terms
- Invoices: Issued upon completion of services or as per the issued Service Agreement upon commencing our service.
- Payment Due: Within 14 days of invoice date.
- Late Payments: May incur a late fee of 10% per invoice as per the Service Agreement provided if/when payment has not been received by day 15. We have the right to discontinue services until payment has been made.
- Methods Accepted: Direct deposit only.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Client-Initiated: ALl of our cleaning services equire at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations prior to scheduled service or full cleaning fees will be applied. This includes instances where we cannot access your office due to circumstances out of our control or an employee feels their personal safety is at risk due to an action by any individuals on the premise. Worth Every Cent Cleaning reserves the right to deny service or terminate service because of safety concerns, financial concerns, or inappropriate or uncomfortable situations.
- Company-Initiated: We reserve the right to reschedule with 24 hours’ notice under exceptional circumstances.
6. Liability and Insurance
- Damage: We are insured for damages directly caused by our staff. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service.
- Limitations: We are not liable for pre-existing damages, wear and tear, or items not secured properly.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will be addressed through:
- Negotiation: Initial good-faith discussions to resolve the issue.
- Mediation: If unresolved, a neutral third-party mediator may be engaged.
- Legal Action: As a last resort, subject to the governing laws specified herein.
8. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland Australia. Any legal actions will be conducted within the courts of this jurisdiction.
